The Dukan or to give it’s full name the Dukan diet (or Dukan Method) is up till now the best kept secret French diet devised by Pierre Dukan a French nutritionist. His books include the Dictionary of diabetics and nutrition and the revolutionary book The Book of My Weight, this was when Pierre Dukan introduced the world to the concept of “weight personality”. In this book is a questionnaire designed in conjunction with 32 doctors to establish your individual “weight personality” so that a personalized diet plan can be put in place.

This helps the person who want’s to loose weight to stick with the diet plan rather than give up due to becoming frustrated by the seemingly lack of results.
